New year, new knowledgebase service for our clients! Happy new year to all our clients and thank you for your support during 2022. Here at Jacksons, we are constantly looking for ways to improve our services to customers and to make compliance simpler to understand. Whether it is health and safety legislation, environmental issues or food safety, having easy access to answers is important to every business. If you get a visit from the Health and Safety Executive or the Environment Agency and need answers quickly, Jacksons’ knowledgebase can help. That is why we are very excited to launch our new free knowledge base service exclusively for clients.
What is a knowledgebase?
A knowledge base is simply a repository of data that works as a self-service helpdesk. It contains information, articles and downloadable resources on specific topics. As it is a web-based resource, it is available when you need it, day and night. Need to know all about COSHH? There is an article explaining what COSHH is, what employers need to do, and you can also download a COSHH assessment form to use.
What areas are included in the new knowledgebase service?
Jacksons’ knowledgebase covers the primary service areas the company provides to clients including:
- Health and safety
- Food safety
- Quality Management
Within the above primary categories, knowledgebase articles are listed in sub-categories such as electrical safety within Health and Safety, ISO 9001 within Quality Management or waste within the Environment category. However, the knowledgebase page also has a search facility so that you can find exactly what you need rather than looking through individual categories. Additional resources such as downloadable forms, risk assessments and other documents are listed at the end of each knowledgebase article.
How do clients access the new knowledgebase service?
To access the service, clients will need to be registered users and log into the website. To request a log in, please email info@Jacksons-hs.com
What if the information I need is not included in the knowledgebase?
Whilst the knowledgebase already has many articles and other resources available, we will continue to add further information on a regular basis. If the information you require is not currently within Jacksons’ knowledgebase, then please let us know using the feedback facility on the website. You can also contact your Jacksons’ consultant directly to request information or suggest new articles or resources which would help your organisation.
Can I access the new knowledgebase service if I am not a client?
Jacksons’ knowledgebase is currently only available to our clients. If you would like to discuss the benefits of becoming a client and the services, we can offer your business please contact us.
